The messaging program is operated by MortgageDoor and is referred to as the “MortgageDoor SMS Program.”
By affirmatively opting in, consumers agree to receive informational and customer-care text messages from MortgageDoor regarding their mortgage inquiry or application. Messages may include application confirmations, appointment reminders, document requests, loan-status updates, closing reminders, funding notifications, and one-to-one customer-service communications from a loan officer.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service. Consumers must provide their mobile number and affirmatively select a separate SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default.
Submitting a mortgage inquiry or application, creating an account, or agreeing to the general Terms and Conditions does not enroll a consumer in the MortgageDoor SMS Program. Consumers may decline SMS consent and still use MortgageDoor services.
Message frequency varies and will not exceed 10 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply depending on the consumer’s wireless plan.
Consumers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a MortgageDoor text message. Consumers may also use supported opt-out commands such as END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, the consumer may receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless the consumer opts in again.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with service providers that assist MortgageDoor in delivering and operating the text-messaging service. MortgageDoor does not sell, rent, or transfer SMS consent records or mobile numbers to data brokers, lead generators, lenders, settlement providers, or unrelated advertisers for marketing.
