Your privacy rights

Submit a request to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. We respond within 45 days as required by California law (extendable once by another 45 days where allowed).

Use this form to exercise any of the rights described in our Privacy Policy: right to know, right to delete, right to correct, right to limit, or right to opt out. We may need to verify your identity (for example, with a follow-up email or by matching information you've already given us) before completing the request.

We won't use the information in this form for any purpose other than processing your privacy request. If your file is currently active and you ask us to delete it, we'll explain which records we're legally required to keep (the rest will be removed).
